Our 50 point Residential Home inspection is thorough and complete. You will be given a written copy of the following 2 page check list at the time of the inspection. We do limit the standard home inspection to buildings up to 2500 sq ft and there is a mileage charge for homes outside our regular service area.  Single story roof inspections are included if pitch is below a 5/12 angle, and there may be an additional charge for multi story buildings. (sorry, 2 story’s are the limit)..
