Our 50 point Commercial Building inspection is thorough and complete. You will be given a written copy of the following 2 page check list at the time of the inspection. We do limit the standard inspection to buildings up to 10,000 sq feet and there may be an additional charge for travel outside the Greater Lansing area. Additionally, Single story roof inspections are included but there may be an additional charges for multi story buildings. (sorry, 2 story’s are the limit)..
